What's she good for?
Chamomile is a great kid plant. For those little bellys that are upset, full of gas, or colic. Also good for those nasty teeth that are working there way through a babies gums.
For adults: she can help improve sleep, eases menstrual cramps, relieves headaches and for frayed nerves
