Elderberry Tincture
I have 9+ elderberry trees growing on my property. I harvest them when they are ready and soak them in 80 to 100 proof alcohol for 6+ weeks. All plants on the property are grown without the use of harmful chemicals or pesticides.
Elderberry is typically used for:
removing toxins in the blood
promoting urine output
improving bowel movements
helps to prevent or lessen the effects of colds and flu
reduces inflammation in tendons, ligaments, joints and muscles
rich in antioxidants and nutrients
